Thank you to all who marked your calendars and purchased a ticket for MARK MY WORDS: An Evening with David Baldacci, John Grisham and Jodi Picoult. The October 20 event at Yale's majestic Woolsey Hall was a resounding success. Huge thanks to the hard-working staff at the Mark Twain House & Museum for their tireless efforts in putting this event together; to our generous sponsors; to Yale; to our terrific moderator Malaak Compton-Rock; and especially to John and Jodi for their time, their wit, and their dedication to preserving the legacy of Mark Twain. I encourage you to make a trip to Hartford to visit the Mark Twain House & Museum; you'll be glad you did.
In other news, the book tour for ZERO DAY has been great fun thus far; we have visited Charlotte, Atlanta, Fort Benning, Asheville and Roanoke, and will sign in Northern Virginia (11/17), Charlottesville (12/3) and Richmond (12/10) next. Hope to see you there!
Sincerely, David |
